We like to occasionally post updates when we receive an approval notice so readers can compare real world PERM processing times to the publishing times posted on the icert website.
Today we received an approval for a PERM petition that we filed on 2/25/2014 (A-13360-28080). An audit was not issued.
The icert website shows that the DOL is currently adjudicating Analyst Review (un-audited) PERM petitions received in 02/2014.
In this case, the PERM processing times seem to be accurate.
Analyst Review Cases are taking approx. 5 months and Audit Review cases are taking approx. 17 months.
