Labor Condition Application (LCA)

The USDOL Office of Foreign Labor Certification created the iCERT system as a one-stop portal to improve access to employment-based visa application services and USDOL immigration news and information.

The information and services made available through the iCERT system are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

LCA Online System iCert: http://icert.doleta.gov/

Employers seeking to hire H1B visa nonimmigrants in specialty occupations or as fashion models of distinguished merit and ability must submit the completed and dated original Form ETA 9035 to the designated certifying officer in the Department of Labor (Department or DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Application Processing Center.

Labor condition applications are filed online using the iCERT system (http://icert.doleta.gov/)

An application which is complete and has no obvious inaccuracies will be certified by the Department and returned to the employer, who may then file it in support of its petition for an H1B visa nonimmigrant with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service USCIS (USCIS).

Current LCA processing time is 7 working days.

Contact us for more information about the LCA, or any other immigration law question. Our professional team will reply promptly.
