How we are preparing for the FY 20 H-1B Visa Season

While most are waiting for the result of the USCIS merit based rule before preparing their FY 20 Cap/Quota/Lottery H-1B Cap cases, we are offering a more proactive approach.

Here is why:

  • Most H-1B Visa petitions require much more work then they did last year.
  • USCIS officers can deny petitions they deem “incomplete” without issuing an RFE.
  • The iCert LCA system will likely be overwhelmed if the majority of petitioners wait until the last minute to prepare the LCA.  The risk is that they LCA may not be certified in time to file the H-1B petition with USCIS by the deadline.

As a result we are offering a pre-registration service for H-1B cap cases:

The pre-registration service includes:

  • A detailed analyses of the offered position, wage offered and supporting documents.
  • Preparation and Filing of the LCA (Labor Condition Application – ETA Form 9035).
  • H-1B Lottery Registration
  • The attorney fee is $600
  • If the beneficiary is selected in the lottery, then there is an additional $595 attorney fee to complete and file the petition with USCIS.

If interested please complete and submit the following retainer agreement request form.
