K-1 Fiance Visa: The Fiance Visa is used when the US  Citizen is in the US or abroad, and the Foreign National Fiance is abroad.

K-3 Spouse Visa: The K-3 Spouse Visa is used when the US Citizen is in the US and the Foreign National Spouse is abroad.

CR-1: The conditional Resident (CR) petition is used when the US Citizen is in the US or abroad and the Foreign National Spouse is abroad. If you have been married for less than two years when your spouse enters the United States on an immigrant visa, the permanent resident status is considered “conditional.”
