Our Attorney fee is $900. The fee structure breaks down as follows:

$450 Attorney Fee to start the case.
$450 Attorney Fee due upon USCIS Approval.

USCIS Fees are:

$320 for USCIS filing fee.
$500 for the USCIS Anti Fraud Fee.

• The $500 USCIS Anti Fraud Fee is required for all new L-1 visa petitions, and for all L-1 transfers to new employers.
• The $500 USCIS Anti Fraud Fee is not required for L-1 renewals / extensions for the same employer.

3. You email, fax or mail us the signed retainer agreement with the deposit required to begin the case.

4. When we receive the Retainer agreement and deposit, we will e-mail you a secure online questionnaire and a list of required supporting documents.

5. We complete the USCIS forms and email you the completed USCIS forms to sign to gather and send to us.

6. You return the signed forms and required supporting documents to us.

7. We complete the petition and file your L-1 Visa petition with USCIS.

8. We follow up with the USCIS until your L-1 Visa petition is approved.
