You complete the online questionnaires so we may complete the USCIS forms.

We send you the completed USCIS forms to sign.

You return the signed forms along with the
required supporting documents to us.

We complete the petition package and file the I-130
petition with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service.

We receive the USCIS I-797 Filing Receipt for the I-130.

We complete the I-129F petition package and file the I-129F
petition with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service .

We receive the USCIS I-797 Filing Receipt for the I-129F.

We receive the USCIS I-797 Approval Notice for the I-129F.

We notify the American Consulate of the I-129F Approval.

The Foreign National spouse receives notification from the American Consulate for the K-3 Interview.

The Foreign National spouse receives the K-3 visa after the interview.

The Foreign National spouse arrives in the U.S.
