2) Secondly, I have noticed that you are very open to questions and try to answer them probably in couple of minutes. E-mail response time is very good.
3) Thirdly, the charges for your fee are very reasonable and the fee is a fixed amount inclusive of all miscellaneous charges.
4) Fourthly, the help that you offered in my case was exemplary. I remember when my employer gave me a day to submit the H-1B papers for signatures, I had all the completed H-1B forms from you within 2 hours of my request.
5) You try to work not only with the client but with the client's employer too. Your assistance in responding to the queries from the employer is greatly appreciated.
I think the service that you provide is wonderful and at this point I can't think of any other way to improve the already "THE BEST" service. I will definitely recommend your services to others.

Did we have any problems? Not really, but we did spend a little time finding help with obtaining the required documents, in the required form in China. It all turned out ok in the end, but perhaps a list of such helping people might assist others to assemble the necessary papers right first time? We used a company that helps with preparation of papers, rather than an attorney, but maybe either would do? You people are commendably expert with the papers; we ordinary mortals find them confusing! Maybe you could begin to build a list of such helpers with papers in the countries you have regular dealings with. Even if such people could be available for phone consultation, I am sure that would be welcome.
