About our fees: We are often asked why our fees are so low compared to other Immigration Law Firms and Immigration Attorneys. Some assume that because our fees are low, that the level of service must be low as well. Nothing could be further from the truth.
- Our mission is to provide an efficient, effective and affordable option to our clients and customers. We specialize in a few areas of Immigration Law that we are very knowledgeable and experienced in.
- We work very hard to leverage technology and reduce operating costs by using our secure forms, email, fax, telephone and overnight delivery to provide a superior service at rates that other Immigration Law Firms and Immigration Attorneys are unable and unwilling to match.

* The USCIS Premium Processing Service is available for H-1B, L-1 and TN petition. For an extra fee of $1,000, the USCIS will provide a decision within 15 business days.
Note for New H-1B Petitions: For applicants with foreign (non U.S.) degrees, we charge $75 for an Academic Evaluation, which is usually required by the USCIS.
