Vermont Service Center Change of Address for 2011 H-1B Cap Filings

The VSC filing addresses for all other H-1B petitions (including those requesting premium processing service) remain the same as FY 2010. There will be a USCIS press release in the near future clarifying this issue.


USCIS Mailing Address for Employment Based I-765 Renewals

Beginning March 26, 2010, applicants must now submit Form I-765 to one of the USCIS Lockbox facilities (USCIS Phoenix Lockbox or USCIS Dallas Lockbox).

Mail your application to the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox if you live in one of the following States: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Guam, or the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands.

When filing Form I-765 at one of the USCIS Lockbox facilities, you may elect to receive an email and/or text message notifying you that your application has been accepted.

You must complete an E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance (Form G-1145), and attach it to the first page of your application.


LCA’s approved in 4 days

Until very recently, Labor Condition Applications (LCA’s) were taking the full 7 days to get approved (Certified). We recently saw this improve to 4 days. Our ETA 9035 petitions filed on 3/15/2010 were certified on 3/19/2010. Let us hope that this processing time keeps improving.
