The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has issued instructions for employers pertaining to the returned Forms ETA 750, which accompanied the erroneous withdrawal notifications that were sent in some cases.
The DOL has indicated that employers should KEEP these forms and not send them to the DOL, unless the DOL specifically requests them.
It was explained that the Backlog Processing Centers (BPCs) have a second original of each form returned in error; the employer, therefore, should not return the original Forms ETA 750 to the DOL.
