We are still receiving I-797 Filing Receipts from the FY 2009 H-1B Lottery

Our Immigration Law Firm continues to receive I-797 Filing Receipts from petitions we filed during the 1st 5 days of April for the FY 2009 H-1B Annual Quota.
USCIS previously indicated that they expect to have all Lottery petitions receipted by June 2nd 2008.
We will continue to post updates as we receive them.
